I have listened this prodcast today,,,..It is really amazing!,,It sounds that it is not so difficult to in pocket..But, actually there are many works to do, to create a blog is easy but to make it attracts a lot of viewers is hard..So, having a "blog coach" is important, it is a good choice!~ ^^( If you do your blog as a business.)

As Alborz said:" You shouldn’t worry yourself about anything except producing decentcontent. The SEO is obviously important. You need to have decent, basic understanding of how to do it. Don’t come up with fancy names for the title of thepost which mean nothing to anyone looking for whatever you are writing about.Basic things you follow, but apart from that, the key is just to write good contentand I think that’s what’s really important."

How to keep Generation Y motivated

First I have to understand what is Generation Y,
After going to the website, konwing that, generation Y is those were born between 1977 and 1994, Gen Y makes up over 20% of today’s population and they are rapidly becoming a hot commodity in the work force.
So,,,
What do they want to gain from their jobs and bosses?
How do pay and benefits affect their loyalty?
What motivates them at work?
How important is it to keep their job?

In the procast I heard many odiums of generation Y from the female, I think she must be a generation X !! = =

Crazy Business Idea ! ^^

I watched a movie which is called (甲方乙方）, and it is MADE IN CHINA~ ^^



There's a really good, creative and crazy business idea in this movie...



A small group of people (4 people), they start their business (Dream Factory)together, they can make 1 day for their customer to experience their dream (some practical things). It is like making a film, the company staff have to find a place which is suitable for customer's dream first, then they will act as some special people around you and they will also engage walker-on to make it more facticity, this is quite a funny work, isn't it!^^ This idea is very creative and always attract so many people, some customers even figure out the phylosophy of their lives, and the important thing is THEY PAY A LOT!

The man on the left side in this picture, he is a owner of a bookshop, but his dream is to be a
army corps commander, then the Dream Factory can make his dream comes true. And his is very satisfied!



This man is a boss of a big company and he lives in luxury. So his dream is to be a skint, he wants to expereience the life which is destitude and full of hardships. Then the Dream Factory sends him to a remote and backward place, there is nothing. You can see this picture above, after 2 months he becomes like this. And he is also very satisfied and pay them a lot of money!

Accounting class!

I made a big decision now adays. I intend to change my economic class to accounting class, so I joined the accounting class to have a try and I felt not so bad.^0^ Actually I was so worried about it because Mr chris said I will be totally confused = =. Yes, of course I was cunfused in the class but NOT TOTALLY~ This is a quite good news for me because I could get a little bit confidence and hopes from it >_<. There are so many things of accounting that I haven't learned before, so this may be a big problem, but I think I have to give me a chance to challenge myself and struggle for my study.

So, goodbye Economic~~~~^^ But there may be a big big change on my timetable,,= =

About using banks for factoring

1. Why bank buy invoices??
2. Is it legal to sell invoices? I never heard that incoices can be sold. = =
